Return Policy

Customer satisfaction is our biggest priority. In any case where you are unhappy with your order we offer returns on a certain criteria such as… items are to be unworn, unused and unwashe. The time line for returns is 14 days from delivery date to make the return. 

We offer the following.

In store credit.

If the fit wasn’t right or you’ve seen something else you prefer, this would be perfect for you. You may use the credit as you wish and when you wish. 

Exchange.

If the item you purchased was the right fit then this would be the way to go ! Simply just return the item to us and let us know the size you would want and we will get the new chosen size shipped as soon as we can. 

Refund.

The payment you made will be sent back into your account you made the original purchase with.
